Dr. Navid Taghvaei, ABAC, CCC-A
Board Certified Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Navid Taghvaei has been a resident of Arizona since 1988. He conducts very complex individual and group technical training courses and activities involving new and existing developments in the areas of audiology, products, software, and technology. Dr. Taghvaei has extensive clinical experience in pediatric and adult hearing instrument and cochlear implant fitting, programming, and rehabilitation. He has served as a practicing Clinical Director of Audiology in multiple multi-disciplinary otolaryngology and audiology clinics in the U.S. and internationally. Dr. Taghvaei received his doctorate in Audiology and master’s degree in Hearing Science from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He has also served as a lecturer and Clinical Preceptor at Arizona State University and the University of Louisville for audiology and psychology courses.

Dr Kathryn Wexler, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA
DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY
Dr. Wexler has over 30 years experience with children and adults and provides advanced individualized care to solve your hearing difficulties. She specializes in hearing technology and hearing rehabilitation with a focus on person-centered care. She was a clinical supervisor for the Doctor of Audiology training program at ASU Speech and Hearing Clinic for 27 years. Currently she teaches online classes in auditory rehabilitation for Arizona State University. She received her Doctor of Audiology from Salus University, a Master of Science in Audiology and Speech Pathology from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. She and her husband and son moved to the Phoenix area in 1990.

Dr Rondi Eggenberger, Au.D., CCC-A
DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY
Dr. Eggenberger has over 20 years of experience working with children and adults, providing customized communication solutions for individuals and their families helping to navigate their hearing difficulties. She focuses on hearing technology and individualized solutions for each unique patient. She has worked at the Veterans Administration Clinic specializing in tinnitus and has provided technical support to Audiologists working for a hearing aid manufacture. She received her clinical doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Florida, a Master of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of North Dakota.
She and her family moved to Arizona in 2022 to get out of the Midwest cold winters. She enjoys golfing and fitness, being an avid Crossfit participant.

Dr Nancy Flores, Au.D., F-AAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Flores has a deep-rooted passion for science and patient care. She earned her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Arizona State University (ASU) in Tempe, Arizona, where she further pursued her Doctor of Audiology degree. Her lifelong interest in science, coupled with a desire to help others, has shaped her approach to audiology. Dr. Flores aims to build meaningful relationships with her patients and takes the time to address their hearing concerns and tailor treatment to their specific needs. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she is particularly adept at serving a diverse patient base. Her commitment extends beyond her practice, as she actively seeks to promote hearing health in the community through educational initiatives.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Flores enjoys quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. Her adventures around the world enrich her understanding of diverse cultures and ideas, which she brings into her professional and personal life.

Carla K. Taghvaei
Operations Manager
Carla has 14+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. At A&A Audiology, Carla is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, as well as implementing professional development strategies to ensure we operate as efficiently as possible. Carla also oversees our continual goal of excellence in customer experience at A&A Audiology.
Carla grew up in Arizona and has lived throughout the United States and internationally. In 2017, she returned to Arizona to raise her family. She loves to travel, cook, bake, play tennis, watch movies, spend time with family and friends - and her greatest joys are her daughter and son (A&A).
Aislyn Ryan, C-AA
Certified Audiology Assistant
Aislyn is a lifelong Arizona resident and has spent much of her time working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and neurodiversities. As an Audiology Assistant she performs delegated tasks while supporting each of the providers; assisting with any repairs & making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently for the patient as well as the provider. She enjoys helping however she can and always strives to make each patient feel welcome and comfortable.
Aislyn loves to volunteer with children and the special needs community. She likes to bake, watch movies, and spend time with her family, two dogs and new cat.
How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.
Nedra Harrison
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Nedra Harrison joined A&A Audiology after retiring 24 years as a Breast Cancer Surgeon here in Scottsdale, AZ and 18 years as a general surgeon in her hometown of Buffalo, NY.
Working at the front desk in Scottsdale allows her to maintain patient contact as she relishes in helping patients. Her own mother suffered hearing loss for years and finds this is a way of giving back the joy of hearing again as it did to her mother.
In her spare time she loves to read, volunteer and when not practicing cooking – eating out.
People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.
Katie Cafferelli
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Katie was born and raised in Arizona and is now a student at San Diego State University. Her major is Biology at Weber Honor College.
During Katie’s free time she loves to spend time with her friends and family, especially her three dogs while also traveling!

Cassady Dabau
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Cassady has a strong commitment to both her professional role and community. She has a compassionate approach to patient care and a desire to help others.
Her personal experience with hearing loss adds a layer of understanding to her work, making interactions with patients even more meaningful and supportive.
Outside of work and volunteering, Cassady enjoys reading and spending time with loved ones.
